BIOGRAPHY

Greg is a 1979 Graduate of Maine Maritime Academy with a B.S. Degree in Nautical Science and a USCG Third Mate's License. After several years at sea he earned a Master's (Captain's) license. Greg came ashore and worked shore side in the maritime industry most recently as Sea Operations Manager for Sealand Steamship Company. He transitioned and has worked full time in commercial real estate since 1990 specializing in industrial and office leasing and sales brokerage. With his extensive background in the shipping industry, including port operations, foreign trade zones, and import/export companies, Greg works with and understands the needs of small business owners, having grown up working in his father's drug store since the age of eight. He also has owned three coin operated laundromats over the years. It is his personal philosophy that small business is America's greatest asset and economic engine.
