Marc Bonando joined Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR WESTMAC following his work for Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Industrial Services Team since 2002, focusing on the South Bay Los Angeles marketplace. He has earned a reputation as a market expert with his clients who include major corporations, institutional owners as well as small businesses throughout the region. Central to Marc’s strength is his firm belief in the value of comprehensive and timely market information. He and his team have compiled a proprietary database of area owners and users which is unrivaled in the commercial real estate industry. Armed with this timely data, the team generates statistical analyses to benchmark trends in the marketplace. By adding his expertise in various aspects of the goods movement industry, Marc is able to understand his clients’ critical needs and assist them in making real estate decisions that support their overall business strategies.
A firm believer in collaboration, Mr. Bonando has also developed strategic relationships with experts in finance, appraisal, architecture, construction and materials handling to bring their collective expertise together in the interest of his clients. Employing these strategies Marc has been consistently recognized by Coldwell Banker Commercial with their “Top Two” distinction. Most recently, Marc has been in the top two percent of Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2007 and 2008.
Marc is a lifelong resident of Southern California. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2000. Before joining the Coldwell Banker Commercial, he held sales positions in the publishing and securities industries. At Coldwell Banker Commercial, he has continued his philosophy of aggressively pursuing new business opportunities through face-to-face contact with the business community.
