Scott has over 15 years of experience with tactics and strategies to penetrate and close new accounts. With a financial background he gains quick credibility with large clients.  As a USC Marshall Business school scholar-athlete he began his career at Wells Fargo corporate banking group, and with a unique combination of sales and technical talent, Scott was retained by CIGNA, Guggenheim, Trammell Crow Residential and Arden Realty to perform due diligence, entitlement and lead special projects.  As the principal of an expediting firm, Scott gained consensus and critical buy-in from over 200 corporate and private equity stakeholders.  ROI-driven with undying focus on clients like Paramount Pictures, Toshiba and Pacific Life he Scott has a penchant for engaging in competitive and complex deals.  Now with Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR WESTMAC, his focus is the Long Beach office market.  On the personal side his team placed 3rd in Division I water polo and today he enjoys surfing, swimming, flyfishing and yoga.
